    Need Eca Help????

    what are the exact doses needed in a begining eca cycle.ie how much ephedra, cafeine, asprin.
    Also is there a company that makes a premixed pill?

    it depends on what your goal is. if you want just a pre workout boost then once a day 30min before you lift is fine. if youre trying to cut id take it twice a day. once in the morning and again in the afternoon.

    also..personally i dont take the aspirin. its also cheaper to buy them seperate instead of buying stackers..etc.

    is it ok to split the caffeine 100 mg tablet form and 100 mg instant coffee as i need then boost from drinking coffee
