ZMA..taking it with alot of other supps

currently i take..hmb,flax seed oil pills, cell-tech, protein, multi, and glucosamine for my shoulder...is it ok to take zma also with all these supps??

I.m.o I would drop the dam cell tech (just for the price if anything els) and h.m.b, take the z.a.m 45 minuets before u go to bed on an empty stomach…

oh yea i take glutamine also....and im going to take hmb because ive already loaded up on all the supplements i have listed so i might as well take them since i have them..i was just wondering if its ok to take zma with all of them?

Yeah, its fine. I don't see any problems with those supplements being taken together.

just watch your calcium intake when nearing your zma dosage

how much calcium is too much??i know on the bottle ti says avois calcium supps when taking this so how much is too much to have and how long after taking in an amount of calcium should i wait until i take the zma

Just don't take anything with calcium in it within a few hours of when your going to take ZMA.

I had the same question, but was too tired to read this first. A cheaper alternative to Cell Tech that I've found is AMPED, I've been taking it for a while now and I love it. You can only get it in 2 lb bottles, but they aren't that expensive for them. Ceahper than Cell Tech and for me, it seems to last longer
