    multi vitamin

    is there a "best time" to take your multi vitamins? in the morning, after lunch, before bedtime...

    Preferably between meals. Your supplementing your diet.

    not questioning the king of supplements

    but arent some vitamins fat soluble like vit e ,a maybe more not sure and should be taken with a pro/fat meal ??i read a study somewhere that when taken with fat vitami e works better or smth??

    Don't be afraid to question me. More people should, it helps keep me on my toes.

    Your correct that vitamin A and vitamin E are fat-soluble, but vitamin D and vitmamin K are also fat-soluble if im not mistaken. The body doesn't need these every day though and your body stores them in the liver when not used. So the need to take it with a pro/fat meal seems irrevalent to me, which is why i would say go with inbetween meals, for sake of better absorbtion of the other vitamins and minerals in the pills.
