is there a "best time" to take your multi vitamins? in the morning, after lunch, before bedtime...
Preferably between meals. Your supplementing your diet.
I take one in the AM and one PWO.

The body doesn't need these every day though and your body stores them in the liver when not used. So the need to take it with a pro/fat meal seems irrevalent to me, which is why i would say go with inbetween meals, for sake of better absorbtion of the other vitamins and minerals in the pills.
