    NOS AKG w/ RALA...safe?

    Hi, I am currently taking in 5 RALA tablets before my big carb load at night and was going to start a cycle of NOS AKG just to see what it does. Are these safe to take in the same night?

    1g of r-ala? too much. it becomes a pro oxidant at doses like that.
