    I think I will try this first. Someone else recomended Labrada Super Charge. Like I said though. I am going with your recomendation first. I powerlift and just need something that won't cause me to loose weight and long enough for a 2-3 hour work out. Thanx guys.

    Carbohydrates and CEE before you lift, gatorade while you lift. You lift for up to 3 straight hours???
