Bcaa's/Glutamine or Whey Preworkout???
Ok to preserve muscle mass while training for cross country would taking
a serving of xtend + 2gr citrulline malate preworkout then whey/oats/skim milk shake postworkout for cardio and weighttraining sessions. Would this be good or would a whey + 3gr citrulline malate mix preworkout be better?
