Homemade neurostim. any good?

I'll just get the 3 main ingredients for 1/3 the price and take:
3gr. choline bitartrate
3gr. Tyrosine
2.25gr. ALCAR
and then i'm throwing in:
3gr. Citrulline Malate
2.25gr. Taurine

I'm gonna use this pre workout and pre cardio.
Would this be a good endurance mix?
Also will the effects eventually wear off and should i cycle any of this???

throw in some caffeine. Of course you will eventually somewhat desensitize to it...but not as much as say Ephedrine.
