    Creatine

    Can creatine be used also when doing a cutting cucle?

    Some types I'd say no, but CEE should be fine I think if you train for cutting.

    Yes creatine can be used when trying to cut fat, but IMO best when using CEE and clen . Caffeine is out because it reduces the effects of creatine. Clen doesn't have any impact on creatine you just have to keep well hydrated, stay full of potassium and taurine as well. Clen and CEE are a nice combo, you just have to make sure you don't have cramps from lack of water, potassium or taurine, which isn't too hard to do IMO.

    BTW, cell-tech is really overpriced.

    Not the best thing in the world to do. One of the major effects of creatine is water retention in the muscles.
