    Methyl-EFX

    What up guys im bought to start takeing metheyl-efx by Nutricor Labs...anyone takein this before ??? is it any god i got it for a chap price so i said what the hell i'll through it down any was woundering if i should take it on off days ???

    Yo i just got my first bottle too.....im only usin it on days i work out.....because i workout everyother day and usually do cardio on my off days ie. basket ball, tennis or treadmil and found the pump and focus a bit much for cardio....but hot dam the pump and mental aspects of this stuff around the weights is awesome.
