    Weight gain Vs. Protein shake

    I currently got off a sust/dbol /deca cycle..i had good results but i got some fat around my stomach area..i used to slam mammoth 2500(weight gain) alot during my cycle

    my question is if i keep the same diet but scrap the weight gain and just drink regular protein shakes will i still grow and get the same big results? this will lower my calorie intake is my only concern but i dont want that fat either.

    what do you suggest?

    Take your protein use that in the shake but add maltodextrin with it. So you only lose the fat. You still have all the carbs and protein, so only cals your losing are the ones from fat.

    sweet thanks alot man..how much maltodextrin should i add? is it also a powder?

    Depends on how many calories you want and how much protein your putting in there as well. Just copy the nutrition facts of your favorite weight gainer, but use quality proteins and maltodextrin instead of the crap they use.
