    Intake

    The only time I have during the day to do cardio and work out is in the mornng on a emty stomach..
    Is It advisable to take dextrose and whey protein as my PWO meal?

    Yes, what were you planning on doing? You need a PWO shake after EVERY workout. If you were wondering if you should ONLY have a PWO shake, then I would say no, just because that shake is not going to be enough fuel to get your day going IMO.
