A multi-vitamin/aminos should be run no matter if you're on or off... (but esp ON!!) the body needs more of everything nutri-wise at that time. I would however, recommend loading creatine during and after PCT for a much needed boost. Depending on what goes into your cycle you'll be holding a nice chunk of water anyway.

A + C. A multi vitamin is pretty essential IMO.

vitamin is always a must. amino acids would be good. glutamine prior to cardio if you want. i'd save creatine for PCT if you're looking to save $$$$.
