    CEE when? w/dextrose?

ive gone through all of the threads. I've read that CEE doesnt need a transport aid, but have seen posts saying to add 1:2 dextrose. I've seen "take it pre workout for pumps", and "take it in the morning". Whats the deal? Also, should CEE be taken on an empty stomach? I'll be capping, not that i think it makes any difference in answering my questions. Thanks

no you don't need dextrose or any transport system. And taking it pre workout will give you good pumps. I take it 2 grams pre, 2 grams an hour after workout, and 1 grams prior to bed. It has been working pretty good for me

Its a cell-permeable creatine. Doesn't need any delivery system and doesn't require an insulin spike to get it into the muscles. Doesn't matter if you take it with ameal or not, but don't take it with anything really acidic. 2-3 grams pre-workout is all you need.

Is creatine monohydrate also cell permeable? That's what I got a while back and am planning on doing a lot of supplement changing as soon as my monohydrate runs out but for now it's what I'm using.

Monohydrate is not cell-permeable. CEE is the only cell-permeable creatine on the market as far as i know.
