    what to take

    I have a big Dilema!
The only time I have to do cardio and work out is in the mornings.
I know now that doing cardio and working out is advised to be done separately!Ok cool!!
I also know that lifting on a empty stomach is not good as well.
I want to know what can I take before I work out in the mornings in order not to work out on a empty stomach.

    Please help

IMO you should just drop the cardio in the morning and walk around more during the day. That is, unless you are really over-weight and need to lose alot of pounds.

drink a simple carb/whey shake on the way to the gym. Most weight gainers will get it done. Shoot for 30g of protein and 40-90g of carbs depending on goals.

But what do I do in order to cut on those extra fat deposits I want to burn?
I actualy do walk around a lot during the day due to work circumstances.
    But will this be enough?
Im asking this because I did a post earlier and I was told not to work out in the morning on an empty stomach and then do cardio or vice versa.

But will it be ok to work o0ut in the mornings if I drink a shake?

Also by taking my protein drink with carbs is dextrose fine?

It all depends on what you want. Do you want to gain muscle mass or do you want to lose fat? You have to decide which is more important to you, because you can't do both efficiently at the same time.

do your fasted cardio on your non lifting days. 2-3 days of fasted cardio and maybe 1 or 2 cardio sessions after you workout.
