soy protein?
so guys what do you think about us men taking soy protein? I heard two theories. One saying that the soy isoflavones bind to receptors that produce estrogen, and in that way estrogen is produced (which support the theory of gyno). However, another theory is that the soy isoflavones bind to an allotropic site on the receptor to reduce/block the receptor in producing estrogen; in that case estrogen is reduced and testosterone is increased. I believe the second theory is the most recent and it was presented by the research team of MHP. what do you guys think?

Either way its sh!tty protein. Stick with what has been proven to increase muscle gains, mainly whey protein.

yea i agree whey protein is the way to go, however soy protein gives a different amino acid profile than whey which may have additional benefits. also it's nice to get another form of protein.
