besides the dosing, treat everything as regular creatine as far as strength, etc
so in general it takes about a week to boost your strength...
how long before the pumps start
i never really took creatine mono that much i dont really like it.
Same day for pumps, but a while for strength gains. You feel less fatigued later in workouts from the first few days on.
Your body can only hold so much creatine, but inorder to notice a major difference, you have to let your body "load", or fill up with creatine. When your full, youll notice your always thirsty, like hard core cotton mouth. I take 4 g per day of CEE, and it took about two weeks to really notice a difference, but good luck, its good stuff
