    need help with Cre2

    I am starting thermolifes Cre2 and besides whats on the bottle for dosage
    how else would benefit me on taking this stuff daily. Also on SD 10mg on non-WO days 20mgs on WO days. upwards of 250 g's of protein a day and about 4000 cals
