I personally wouldn't use that needle to inject. I would use like a 25 gauge or a 29 gauge slin needle.

As for the injection just peirce the skin with a clean, un-used needle. Aspirate , if no blood comes back, then push in on the plunger until all the b-12 is injected. Then retract the needle and throw it away.
Do a search though, there are much better explanations on this forum than what i just gave you.

its simple man.... just read up about it. Go to get****.com and buy some 25 guage 1 inch and 1.5 inch needles with syringe.
It really is cake and its painless.

You could have injected into a vein, causing a thromboembolism, which could travel through your blood to your lungs and kill you. Aspirate from now on....

That's weird. I asked a former mod about this once. He said injecting b12 in a vein wouldn't be an issue because b12 is rapidly absorbed in the bloodstream anyway. Whats your thoughts on this nsa?

The b-12 isn't the problem, the b-12 would be absorbed rapidly in the blood. But it's not pure b-12, its in an oil solution and the oil is not so easily absorbed in the blood. Either way you would know within a few minutes if you were in trouble or not...

3 days ago, haha yeah i was told its not oil based so it doesnt matter if i hit a vein so i didnt bother to aspirate the first few times. obviously if i hit a vein ill see blood, but what if i dont hit a vein and im in muscle, what will going into the syringe when i aspirate?

Bubbles will come back. What is the b-12 in solution with? Not water right? Because that would sting a little bit.

Oh ok, then yeah it would be ok if you hit a vein when you injected it. But try not to just for sake of swelling.
