Creatine... monohydrate or citrate?
Hey everyone.
I posted this wanting to get an idea of what people like to use as far as creatine. I am not a big fan of the monohydrates due to all the sugar's. Lately I have been using some creatine citrate with no sugar, but it really tastes crappy. GNC sells some effervescent creatine that has only a little sugar in it. Anyone ever tried it? I want something with low sugar in it to avoid bloat, I am getting enough bloat and water retnetion from my test.
What seems to be well liked out there?
thank you in advance for you input.

Neither. Creatine ethyl ester, my far the best creatine, its cell-permeable
and it will cause no bloat. Go with capsules so you don't have to deal with the tatse.

IMO it's all the same, just get pure CEE. No need for the extra NO stimulators, their just filler.

CEE is alot better IMO than monohydrate or any other creatine that i have tried for that matter.
