    Any Alternatives to 4ad?

    Im gonna start my cycle of M1T, in July, done it once before with decent results but without 4ad. last time i did it was almost a year ago, anyways...

    are there any alternatives to 4ad that i can take to substitute?

    You couldn't have searched to hard. The answer to this question is in about a million posts over the last year. Take a look at the M1T FAQ
