I know its a bit late in the day being less then 5 weeks out and all, but i just got my order of glutamine. (Bananna flvour-yum). Anyway i'm not sure how much i should be taking a day.
I was thinking 10g with meal 1
10g before teh gym (on training days)
10g after the gym
10g before bed.
Is 40g too much
and is 20g enough on non training days or is that still too much?
