I personally dont think that any multi is really that much better than another, unless one is lacking an essential nutrient.

I take a custom made all natural multivitamin. None of that 'over the counter' synthetic crap.

GNC Mega Men. Hands down the best multi I have ever used. I take one in the morning and one in the evening to spread things out more evenly. In the three years I have been taking them they have made a world of difference. I have not been sick in three years, or even had a major cold. I used to get sick constantly or was always trying to fight off something. I used to use pretty much whatever Wal-Mart had. None of the cheaper stuff at Wal-Mart even closely compares to Mega Men - at least in my experience. I know some bro's who say the same thing. I am sure there are other companies out there that make a high-quality, high absorption multi. I'll just stick with the one that has given me proven results for the last three years.

How do you really know that a multi- vitamin is working for you? I just ran out of mega mens from gnc. But they are like 20$ a bottle of 90. So tonight I just got some equate multivitamin 300 for 7$.

Although I dislike everything about the watered down GNC chain, Mega-men out of convenience, the twice a day dose (better absorbtion) and for the "extras" in the product. Alot of the extras however still need to be supplemented due to lack of amounts ie. saw palmetto, B's etc.

I just use a basic multivitamin from Costco. Same damn thing as a Centrum. I then add on a B50 complex and a 500mg vit C. My own personal combo...find what works for you.

PS I also take B12 shots every few weeks.

I'm surprised that those that do use GNC multis, use the Mega Men. The Ultra Mega Gold is a staple in my program and is recommended to most of my sports customers.
