20 grams or 30 grams?

i'm about to start my superdrol cycle next week. It will look like this:

weeks 1-2 : sd 20mg ED
weeks 3-4 : sd 30mg ED
weeks 1-8 : nolv 20mg ED
weeks 1-4 : milk thistle 1000mg ED

(should i use hawthorne berry extract? will blood pressure be a problem on this cycle?)

my main question is; i've read some people do 30mg every day all the way through. Why would one recommend that cycle? Are the results better with 30mg ED? are the side effects greater with 30mg everyday?

Start with 20 mg ED since its your first time. Might as well run hawthorne berry extract, but not necessary unless your having problems with BP. You also should think of adding something to help with your blood lipid profile.

what do u suggest for my blood lipid profile? how long should i take it for and at what dose?

i was gonna take 80% silymarin milk thistle...seeing as its only 80%, do i need to take 1.2 grams to get the 1000mg per day of the milk thistle?...it sounds straight forward but just wanted to make sure.

can i take only fish oil for my blood lipid profile...if so, what should be the dosage?

will 1500mg of niacin every day be enough for blood lipid profiles?...i will be taking hawthorne berry extract also.

Is it essential that i add flax oil or fish oil?

I would reccomend the niacin and red yeast rice as well as the fish oils during the cycle

20 days into my superdrol cycle and I took 20mg for 7 days and been on 30mg for 13 days.....Also taking some Milk Thistle...

superdrol doesn't convert to estrogen so why is everybody popping Nolv like candy?

haven't had any sides so far expect pissing like crazy but I'm drinking a gallon of water a day....started at 176 up to 183lbs.....

Joints feel fine also.......

i dont know what doses of fish oil and flax oil to take, therefore, i dont know how much to order for my cycle...a ball park figure would be good.
