Cycle Question
I'm about to start my M1T/4ad cycle next week. My problem is that I'm going on vacation in about 2 weeks and won't be able to workout for 6-7 days.
My question is, should I still start my cycle next week or wait until I get back from vacation? I would hate to waste that 1 wk on cycle.

Should I continue taking my post cycle supplements "Lean Extream/Rebound XT" for an extra 2 weeks?

What are you bumping bro? You should definitely wait until you get back to start.
Is Lean Extreme & Rebound XT really your proposed PCT for M1T/4-ad?

I have already done M1t/4ad stack. I getting ready to start a new cycle in a week.

sounds like ur starting another cycle waaaay too soon after ur last 1,when was ur last?

Time on = time off bro. You should be 8 weeks between cycles. Time on is the length of your cycle, plus your PCT. You have 0 days off so far. Please do your research, this is very dangerous for your liver and your HPTA system IMO

4 wks of M1T/4ad.
4 wks of PCT
8 wks off

8 wks off of cycle, yes. Not 8 weeks of doing nothing. You can use OTC supps if you want. It will be 8 weeks of hard training, impeccable diet, proper supplementation, and then go at it again.
