If your eating like you say you are, all i can tell you is make sure your sleeping well enough and training harder than you have in the previous weeks. Progressive training is what makes you grow, not doing the same weights...

8-9 is what you should be shooting for. You also need to vary your workouts too, so switch up the exercises and rep schemes every now and then.

i tend to keep most of my reps 10 for a warm up then 6-8 then my final set prob 4-6 ...isnt this the best way for growth i thought? i'll tryout sum new exercises this week then perhaps, any feelings on running a 5th week of sd to make up for my shit results or should i just leave it as 4 as planned?

agreed every time u go into the gym hit it harder and be sure ur getting atleast a good 8hrs of sleep, try bumping ur cal and protien intake, remember ur gaining weight so ull have to eat for the weight ur at and not ur previous weight

if u have already prety much stoped gaining i wouldnt go any further, i would just hit the pct up and try to maintain what u have gained, no point in putting more stress on ur body if the gains have stoped. like i said hit ur pct up and try to maintain what u have gained then after thats all said and done wait a lil while then hop on it again and see what more u can get...

I agree that tribulus and CEE would both be helpful during PCT along with the nolvadex and clomid.

The plan was to start my sd on wed, but now i have a problem. I will have time to do the 4 week cycle of sd then a week and a half of pct before i go on vacation for a week. I can still take my pct while on vacation but i wont be able to hit the gym at all. (just push ups and anything else you can do with no gym)Should i wait till i get back to start my cycle? Will i loose alot of my gains if i do take it and stop working out for a week? Need help asap. Thanks

Max-OT is a workout program on AST's website. AST was a maker of prohormones and currently makes supplements.

The workout program is great if you don't have a solid workout program or have reached a plateau and want to try something different.

When I did their workout program 2 years ago it was a 10 week program and they also gave their personal ideas on training which may help you as well. I was very happy using their free workout progam and I agreed with a lot of their philiosphies (unsure if it changed). This is not a revolutionary workout program but will help you get on track if you are all over the place with your workout programs and not getting results.
