    kre-alkalyn

been taking kre-alkalyn and many reads it says to take half before and half post workout, my question is even tho it doesnt need an elevated insulin level to be absorbed wouldnt it still be absorbed better and put to better use if taken PWO with dextrose???

i dont think it will work better, but for me i dont like taking alot of shakes, so my PWO contains dex, glut, protein n creatine all in one, so much easier

I dont know about inferior maybe slightly still a good product though.

CEE just came out right after it and took it out of play as CEE is cheaper and works maybe a knotch better in terms of absorbtion.

Well theoretically the only real advantage of CEE to kre-alkalyn is the absorbtion. Kre-alkalyn is buffered so it won't convert to creatinine before getting into muscle but still has to get into the muscle cell. CEE is cell permeable so it gets into the muscle cell very easily through the cell membrane. I hear slightly more raves about CEE than kre-alkalyn, but that might just because i know more people who use CEE than those who use kre-alkalyn. I dunno, i would be curious to here from someone who has used both and their thoughts on each. BTW i think both are good products, im just more partial to CEE...

the reason y im partial to kre-alk.. is becasue of the chance of CEE converting into creatinine, i cannot hold any water, this is the only reason, i bloat very easily, but havent used CEEE for an extended period of time because of the doubt i have of the non exsistant bloat this product is supposed to deliver, but it still converts slightly... any body experience bloat with CEE?

I have used both and prefer CEE because of cost efficency and overall effect.

However I do not a slightly bigger pre workout amp with kre alkalyn.
