I am going to start a pretty intense MArtial arts routine. IT will containa lot fo mat work, fighting, running, bag work, things like this. I will prob be only lifting in the weight room twice a week, but wil be putting my body n muslces through more work the they ever have before. Wondering what some good products r to keep my energy up and help my muscles recover, ALSO i cant have things that will make me gain weight, ne one have ne suggestions besides keeping my protein intake up, nproper diet, ne good supps?
