Just the fact that it claims to be a fat burning creatine should raise a flag in your head. The pinnacle product you named contains creatine and caffeine, which we all know is not an efficient combo. And it's over-priced IMO. Try CEE instead. CEE will cause no bloat, unlike most other creatine products...

not entirely true it depends on how you look at it.

caffeine raises insulin levels which may actually be benificial with Creatine Usage leading to more uptake.

the down side is the diuresis caffeine may cause (water loss which can be compensated by increase water intake)

another thing is that Caffeine may magnify Arginines effects. A recent study suggested that while caffeine is a diuretic it prevented Arginase and thus left more Arginine available for "nitric oxide" sythase

Your right that it does increase insulin levels, this may also can lead to slight fat gain. But thats besides the point. I personally don't think the arginine effect is very important. There are positives and negatives of using them together, i personally feel that the negatives outweigh the positives. Research and make your own decision, guess i should have said that from the start...

    and I feel the opposite

    and thus respectfully disagree

the Arginine item was thrown since many take both Creatine and "NO2" product together
