My favorite supplements are a Creatine Monohydrate, Whey Protein and HGH. I usually take about 2 doses of the creatine every day with a fruit juice of some sort. The whey protein has to be the right brand - I like the Optimum Nutrition brand because it tastes good. I have gotten some decent results through my training program which includes these supplements.
