    Ala

Damn this makes two new threads in like 10 mins! But I just gotta know if ALA is worth it. I've heard some good things about it but not from anyone who has actually tried it. I am currently taking an ECA stack, cutting carbs and increasing cardio. Wanna know if ALA will help me out.

You will find that ala or alpha lipoic acid is a coenzyme and an effective antioxident. Ala has the potential of fighting free radicals in the body created from vigerous exercise. Ala fights free radicals preserving muscle tissue. Very good supplement that should not be overlooked in my opinion though. Hope this helps, cheers bro.

I would see no problem with a teen using ala, there are better supplements to spend your money on, but if you have the basics down then ala is good for a seasoned athlete. You can find tons of info at www.bodybuilding.com if you are still unclear about it. I think there is some good info at www.wholehealthmd.com too if your interested. Hope this helps, cheers bro.
