    which is better for you??

    hey guys I wanna add some weight and 15 pounds my question is which is better to build and add more weight?? why protein , weight gainer, creatine, or other I have a prob with gainin weight so what do u guys think? thanks

    Eat plenty of clean calories bro! That will make you grow. I wouldn't bother with the weight gainers as they are usually full of sugar. Use some creatine and whey protein to give you a boost.

    Whey protein w/ dextrose PWO is your best bet.

    Weightgainer will put weight on you, but alot of fat cuz of the carbs and fats in it.

    Creatine will help you increase strength which will eventually add weight, unless your talking about monohydrate in which case your put on a few pounds of water weight quick.

    You need whey protein w/ dextrose PWO if you lift seriously. And Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) will aid in strength gain without any of the bloat...
