****HELP...I need energy!!!****
Ok I just got this new job that I have to wake up way too early for. Im looking to take something that will give me energy throughout the day without making my heart jump out of my chest or give me anxiety. Ive been drinkin a red bull on my way to work, but about an hour later I want to take a nap. Please help.

Try eating a cup of oatmeal for breakfast instead of drinking a red bull on your way to work...

How often do you drink caffeine? If you hardly ever drink caffeine I would suggest taking 200mg in the morning. I cut caffeine out of my diet about 3 years ago for this exact reason. Now if I need an energy boost I take 200mg of caffeine and find it works great.

Dont take anything, suck it up for a few days till the body gets used to it. You cant think of supps as soon as your body finds an obstacle. You'll get used to it... heck I got used to only 3-4 hours of sleep in the marines while having a whole day of hardwork and not enough food!
