Creatine..Pills or Shake..What one?

I'm 90% gonna start taking creatine,but i dont know how to take it,2 of my workout partners take them,1 from a shake,and the other from pills...
Anyone care to explain what ones better?

Go with powder. Capsules are more expensive.

use the shake bro, as far as pills and the serum are concerned, i feel its a waste of money
