    alright guys best joint supp??

    alright guys im having trouble with my elbow pains and now im taking glucosimene with the chl. stuff and msm that i got from walmart... not working to well but i can tell a difference, now my ? for all of yall is what supp. has been most effective with yall (name, brand etc..) im just looking for something that works great... this walmart $hit aint hacken it lol so just give me some imput on some good stuff i can get my hands on (not a source just the actual supp.) thanks guys

    IMO bro, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, shark cartilage all work great to reduce aches/pains but they take at least a month to notice any difference. What doses are you running?

    alright it says per serving, glucosamine hydrochloride 1500mgs, chondroitin sulfate 1200mgs and msm 250mgs... i take that once ed

    Def glucosamine and chondroitin. They take a while to take effect though...

    well i was on just the gluco. and ch. without the msm for about 1month then i ran out and couldnt get anymore for about 4days so ive been on this stuff now for only about a wk or so... so i no its not going to kick in yet i was just wondering what were some good products out there from ppls perspective

    oh and i just ordered some CHONDROITIN SULFATE POWDER, they said its good for making fluids in the joints sliperyer and help with cartlege break down... i guess that should do, i got the gluc. ch. msm pills, that joint cream and this powder...

    celadren is in pill form it is supposed to replace glucosimine

    I would still take MSM though

    Good thread, I'm actually feeling some pain when I do bi's and tri's to the point that I cant lift more than what girls do!
