Hi NSA i saw one of your post for the best protein supp out there and saw the ON does not have caseine in it, my question is cause i still got 10 pounds of the powder LOL is that if i add 1-2 whole egg to the shake wont i be getting my caseine anyways??????
egg protein is not casein.
I just cant eat any dairy products cause i bloate like hell and am lactose intolerante. I used to eat cottage cheese before bed and couldnt sleep at night so many digestive problems with that. Thanks prolangtum i will search the net for casein info and what other foods would contain it.
you will probaly be S.O.L than.....Casein is a good protein, but your not missing out if you cant have it.
Try turkey or almonds before bed with your whey. Turkey is quality protein and it has tryptophan in it to help you sleep. Almonds are good protein w/ good fats in it and the fats will slow the digestion a little.
