1. Does ef have the same effect on creatine as caffeine does (ruining it, turning to creatinine, making it useless, you know what I mean :))?
2. How anal do I have to be about the whole acidity fruit juice thing? Can I have 1 of those multivitamin efferscent (sp?) tablets that disolve in water and tastes like orange, in like a 1.5 liters of water? (If I have my creatine in my PWO)?
