2 quick creatine questions

1. Does ef have the same effect on creatine as caffeine does (ruining it, turning to creatinine, making it useless, you know what I mean :))?

2. How anal do I have to be about the whole acidity fruit juice thing? Can I have 1 of those multivitamin efferscent (sp?) tablets that disolve in water and tastes like orange, in like a 1.5 liters of water? (If I have my creatine in my PWO)?

1, caffiene does not turn creatine into creatinine. Ephedrine is fine with creatine.

are you saying disslove a creatine cap in water? The acidity thing is a bit overblow, just dont mix it too far ahead of time. I think it would be fine to have say grape juice and dissolve creatine in it and drink, as long as you mix it right before you drink it

No, Idrink the creatine with my PWO shake...I was talking about the drink I have during my workout, its still present in the stomach when I have my PWO, so I was wondering what is allowed?

oh yeah, thats fine. dont sweat the small stuff. your stomach is much more acidic than any juice you drink
