OK so I got the Acetil-l-carnitine for my ECA

OK so I'll be adding ALC to my ECA as recomennded by nsa and the other bros here.

I can't get any yohimbine so its not an issue!

I can get 2 types of ALC, both from scitec nutrition...
1. Acetyl l carnitine - 250mg per pill
2. Carni fx - 1500 mg of l carnitine and 500 mg of ALC per packet, its one of those esfferscevent formulas

Which one should I get and how much should I take?

Your gonna ned around 1-2 grams ED, so get whatever works out best and cheapest for what you need.

I don't really truse the whole efferscevent (sp?) thing, you thing its good prolangtum?
