    gaining in pct...

    ok im nearly finished my sd pct so far so good, i have been upping my cals and protein intake and training hard...i may hav lost 1 lbs max, is it v hard 2 gain during pct becos the diet im on i shud be gaining but i dont c gains?

    It's hard to gain during pct. Just think of the environment your body is in right now. Lower test levels will make it harder to gain. And your coming from a highly anabolic environment down to a semi catabolic environment. Your body isn't used to the new weight and your test is lower than normal. So in short, yeah its hard to gain during pct.

    thanks nsa thats gd 2 hear, so in theory after i come off pct i shud start to gain as normal most likely??, i was crapping it cos ive been eating soo much to try n gain and ive gone down maybe 1lbs to about 191lbs, its pissing me off big time...

    When your done with pct and get your blood work back and it shows everything is normal again. Then you should be gaining like normal again...

    maybe try come CISSUS RX, should help lower cortisol.

    Lean xtreme will also lower cortisol.

    pct was the same as the 1 nsa outlined for the m1t cycle,clomid n nolva...should my sex drive be back to norm 2 weeks into it? im not hitting boners as frequently as i normally wuid be4 my cycle, this normal?

    Yes, you need a prescription to get blood tests done in most places...

    give yourself 6 weeks after the cycle to recover fully. even when nolva/clomid is done, you may need a couple more weeks to recover. this is why its wise not to jump right into a cycle 3-5 weeks after completing one

    during pct my weights been hovering at 190-193? any1 else had this i dnt know what the script is with this,. this is doing my head in !

    bump im getting really depressed now that i feel like ive lost tones of weight even if its a lb or 2 at the most i just feel as though im so much smaller, its really gettin me down

    Depression is a common side effect of low test levels. Don't worry about it bro. I'm sure your fine, just keep lifting hard and think of the new muscle you'll gain when your done with pct. And your still bigger and stronger than you were before the cycle, right?
