Hey guys,
I forgot to pack 50 g of dex with me to work. So I need a substitute just for today (I already have my protein powder with me, though) after my back/bis/oblique workout.
What do you think is the best substitute?
I heard Sweet Tarts are. How effective are they? How much should I eat. When should I eat them? After I down my shake or before? Thanks guys. I pretty mad at myself right now for forgetting my dex.
