I have just returned from Iraq once again, and the damage being out there has done wounders on my body again. I left 225, and now 200 I have cycled a few times in the past with great results but im trying to stay away from that for now until shit around here calms down with juice but what i really want to know is what is out there Supplement wise that can give some great gains. I know not as good as juice but I would appreciate any advice thanks. . . .
