    how much dextrose?

    for my PWO shake i use 2 scoops of the solid brand protein. how many scoops of dextrose should i use? thanx bros

    however much protein u put in, which is prob. somewere in the 30-40gram range. u put in double the dex. so it would be 60-80grams.

    Use 1/2 cup, that'll be close to 80 grams which will get you right at about a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein

    My Dextrose is right about twice the density of my protein so I just put 2 scoops of protein and 2 scoops of dex.
