    Want the ones that are best for you and taste the best?

    They don't use maltodextrin as their primary carb source, which is garbage and is assimilated as fast as dextrose. They use oats, barley, and brown rice.


    Click here, these things taste fantastic...no joke. I hate supporting this company, for their false claims..but this stuff is good.

    Myoplex is really good (especially the tropical flavors.) 42g of protein and 24 grams of carbs, perfect for right after workout or just a quick meal.

    I agree with PaPa. If youa re talking MRP, you usually mean somewhere in the day, so you DONT want maltodextrin and other high GI fillers. One typical example : Myoplex. Tastes amazing, but 24g of which about 23.8 is maltodextrin. BUT, like devils said - for postworkout it is great cause it has the protein and very high GI carbs. Althoug, most people would argue (inlcuding me) that the protein will breakdown too slow cause they dont use just whey, and theres too little carbs in it. My personal opinion - a MRP for anytime except not postworkout = a protein ONLY supplement and an alternate carb source which is high fibre and low GI.
