too expensive IMO
Not too expensive if you know where to buy it, and taken in the right quantities it is a very good sup. Its a derivitive of Leucine.
It's a good supplement to reduce catabolism when your cutting.
any good places to find it cheap?

MTI which has the patent on HMB suggests 38 mg x body weight. Not every hMB is the same buy only MTI products (that have been used for the studies)
You guys can't buy the caps you have to buy the powder in bulkk, then its cheap.
