most protein powders have glutamine in them already so i think it will be alright
no prob... why you taking 10mg a day though... isn't it recommended at 2mg daily?
u can take as much glut ed as u choose.. i take around 20..5-10 soon as i wake and 5 pre and pwo..
From the reading that I have done, glutamine can be divided up into 5-10 grams doses for a total of 30 gram per day. That is the highest dose that I have seen taken.
man , I guess it's been a while since I supplemented with glut... I was way off. I'll research next time :0icon_ohm
Waste of money, if Protein intake is high, you're fine.
