How does this stuff stand up to Gluceroll R? The only time I ever use R-ala is in my pw shake--so its not that big of a deal---reason I ask is because I can get a 90 capsule bottle for like 6 bucks--instead of 30 bucks for Gluceroll R---so let me know if its worth it--or is this stuff just regular ALA but they call it R-ala---because I remember Ulter or Macro I think it was who was saying other companies did not have legit R-ala
