    Question cee dose

    i have creatine ethyl ester from truprotein and i have been capping it...00 size caps fit around 550mg each...
    if i wasnt to cap it how do i measure it to mix into a drink
    teaspoon,tablespoon,etc...=how many mg?

    5mg daily... from my experience, this stuff has been great, you could possibly go at 2 mg and see results... doesn't even compare to mono or phos

    yeah i know how much to take but i dont know how much 5mg is in powder form without the caps
    is it like a tablespoon or teaspoon or sumthing?

    i meant 5g not 5mg...a teaspoons cant be 5g becuase it takes like 10 "00" size caps to be 5g

    ok... hmmmmm.... so just to be safe... try the obvious and empty out 10 caps and measure this way... you'll know exactly how many spoons(whatever size) you need... sorry if my calculations were off ... i usually just poured cee straight into juice or pwo shake... c ya ...keep pumping!

    5g = teaspoon 15g = tablespoon - both slightly heaped

    You could always buy some digital scales for next to nothing which would also help with food portions ?!

    anyone know of a quality digital scale that inexpensive and where to buy it? The ones ive found werent all that cheap, so i figure im looking in the wrong places. Thanx in advance.
