I've been hearing some great things about Lean Extreme. I've heard that it is normal to expect a 2lb weight reduction per weight at just under maintenance calories.

lean extreme works wonders for me , dont know why but when i started it back in april i lost the desire to smoke (cigs) and have not had one after that.

u should cut deal with DS , cause if that thing can cause to quit smoking ciggys , u should patent your first hand research ! i am tellin ya

phosphatedelserine is wonderful at this, you can purchase a product called cortistat ph from allsportsnutrition, it is part of my anti-cortisol arsenal, this w/ vitamin c and ephedra would probably be the best over-the-counter way to halt it

so lets see wgat we have here:

cortistat ph (phosphatedelserine)
lean extreme
cissus(whats cissus?)
vitamin C

and what about chromium picolinate? ive heard thats good
