ive read all the advertisement for this piece of crap supplement...its just another supplement hyped up by muscletech that has you mentally thinking you are going to be stronger so then you are. the best it promises is an increase in strength of 10.5% IN THE FIRST 15 MINUTES...that is all...after 15 minutes they dont promise sh*t! another retarded supplement from muscletech.
