Thread: creatine timing?

Is it ok to take my creatine and protien together with post w/o? Thats what I hae always done, but someone at the nutr shop said i need to take creatine about an hour after w/o. Does this carry any truth or is it still just as effecient to take them both right after work out? Thanks.

What about the load up phase i.e. 4-5 times daily for a week then 1-2 daily?
Is this still the thing to do?

If you were to run creatine for 8 weeks, for example, the results would be the same, regardless of the method used. The loading, in the long-run, does not provide an advantage. I do not remember where I read this, but maybe somebody has an article on it.

i read a book all about creatine and the cycle they recommended was 4 weeks on 1 off 4 on month off repeat or 2 on 1 off would work also
